You can't miss this class! Wonderful! I was given a private course with Antonella for Father's Day and I did it with my youngest son. We made homemade cavatelli with a delicious almond-tomato pesto. The experience with Antonella was awesome! She is a very knowledgeable teacher and is extremely patient. She is warm, friendly, and happy to answer as many questions as you have. We had a great time and the food came out delicious! The rest of the family now keep asking my son and I go make more! I can't recommend Antonella highly enough. We look forward to being able to travel to visit and we will surely stop in for an in-person class with her. In the meantime, I will sign up for another class with her virtually. Authentic, delicious, and so much fun! Antonella is the best! My family has taken several in-person cooking classes with Antonella over the years and we recently signed up for this virtual class over Zoom (groups of us dialed in from different locations and time zones). Antonella is just as amazing as my family described and we all LOVED the class! The ingredients were super easy to find at our local Whole Foods. During the class, it was very interesting to learn about the origins of the dishes we were preparing, and Antonella was very patient and accommodating to our different skill levels and dietary restrictions. By the end of the class, my dad declared that he would never buy pre-made cavatelli from the grocery store again - He wants to make it from scratch with Antonella's recipe every time from now on! It was THAT delicious! 🙂 Very much looking forward to our next class. Thanks again, Antonella! It was SO lovely to finally meet you and experience your class!

What a treat to cook with Antonella!!! What a treat to learn from Antonella! We were lucky enough to have met her in Italy for a cooking class! She is so light hearted, thoughtful, and shares her cooking secrets. She took the time to get to know us,hear our family stories and how we cook. What a wonderful meal we made! We've kept in touch through our daughter and recently had a virtual (zoom) lesson to make cavatelli. It was so delicious! My husband said we are never buying pasta in the store again! I can't wait for our next zoom lesson....can't wait to make ravioli! Antonella is the best! You'll love her and her recipes!!

I love Antonella and her cooking classes!!! Once you meet Antonella, you will begin to cook with more purpose and love than before. I have taken 3 in-person cooking classes with Antonella over the last 2 years and had our first virtual experience last weekend. Whether in-person or virtual, Antonella takes her time to explain how you will perform each step and why it is important, she will let you ask her any questions you have, she will walk you through different ways you can alter a dish to customize it to your liking or accommodate dietary restrictions and provide background on the origin of the dish and history around it. I am gluten free and have been easily able to make pasta, gnocchi and meat dishes during Antonella’s classes. The gluten free cavatelli was easy to make and so delicious! We loved this dish with the pesto so much we plan to make it again this week! Thank you, Antonella, for making all of our experiences so memorable and allowing my family and I the opportunity to connect virtually during your class to cook and eat Sunday dinner together! We cannot wait for our next virtual class!

Delicious & Entertaining! You'll Love Learning from Antonella! If you’re looking to learn delicious Italian recipes that you can replicate with ease, from a fun, friendly, and deeply knowledgeable chef, this is the place! Antonella is absolutely wonderful, in every way. She maintains an intimate class size so that she can get to know each student and provide plenty of individual attention. She loves to answer questions and educate her students—everything from the different characteristics of each type of flour or cheese, to why ingredients are added at a certain time or worked in a particular way, to various substitutions you can try or troubleshooting techniques. She encourages you to develop a “feel” for the recipes and cooking techniques, rather than simply following measurements and instructions—which, in my experience, is the best way to truly develop your culinary skills. Her English is excellent and beautifully accented, so you’ll love listening to her speak—it will transport you to Italy! And she’s sure to offer up some lovely anecdotes about her favorite foods and the places they hail from. In terms of the recipes themselves, they are exquisite and yet uncomplicated, so you will be able to make them with confidence and enjoy them as if you were in the kitchen of an Italian friend or at your favorite bistro in Tuscany. The Ricotta Gnocchi melts in your mouth—little pillows of deliciousness! And the cake? Well watch out, because you will be tempted to eat the entire thing in one sitting—it is that good! Authentic Italian cooking class direct from Florence After experiencing Antonella’s cooking class in Florence last fall, a highlight of our trip, I was delighted to see that she was offering on line classes. With zoom we could see everything she was doing, ask questions, have her critique our work and hear her marvellous stories about how she cooks, the origin of the dishes and All aspects of Italian food and cooking. The ingredients required were all readily available in local stores. With only 4 people we were able to see each others’s work, chat a little, and everyone had plenty of time to ask questions and get help with technique. We made hand rolled ravioli with ricotta mint stuffing and fresh cherry tomato sauce - simple ingredients with outstanding delicious results. The lemon chicken just a little different from the everyday chicken, more lemony, great melding of flavours and easily repeatable on our own. Thank you Antonella! I highly recons Antonella’s classes for anyone who likes Italian food and particularly anyone who wants to try hand made pasta!
