I am not sure if they completely understand it, but for me it’s quite simple; food has always been an important part of my life.
I don’t remember the first time I tied on an apron, but all my childhood memories are full of kitchen smells, tasty food and long tables with friends and relatives.
More than 20 years ago I decided to move to Tuscany; a true Paradise for all food and vine lovers.
Ten years ago I took the big decision to change my working life.
After countless days of hard work in the kitchen, hundreds of hours reading and studying about food, not to metion a great amount of fear yet paired with an even grater deal of time spent enjoying new culinary discoveries and it’s delicious vines, I must admit … I am a very lucky woman.
