I have been teaching cooking classes in Florence and Tuscany now for more than 8 years. While focusing on cooking skills and recipes I truly hope that with each and every class I can share what food and cooking represents for me.

A cooking class is an opportunity to discover Italian culture through its dishes, traditions, and approach to dining.
After making homemade pasta, chopping seasonal vegetables, mixing and cooking the ingredients, we’ll taste together what we’ve prepared. Without the fear of judgment, just the desire to sit at the table together and toast to the friendships born around the stove!
Taking part in my cooking class in Florence or in Chianti area will improve your cooking skills.
These choices are key in understanding how to nourish the human body and respect the environment in a wholesome and sustainable way.
They are minor details, but what a big difference they can make!

Get your hands dirty
Food is made from scratch, so the lessons are completely hands on.
Pasta is a staple of the Italian cuisine and its preparation is one of the highlights of the class. We will also clean and prepare vegetables or bake a traditional dessert.
The ingredients are always sustainable, seasonal and local.
Everybody to the table!
At the end of the lesson you will taste the food in a convivial supper accompanied with local wine.
